Once a lion, always a lion.
Since 1981 Simba has sent thousands of young people into universities, businesses, hospitals, studios and sports fields across Zambia and the world. Wherever you are, you are still part of this community.
From Simba to the World Stage! 🌟
On behalf of the entire Simba International School community — we are filled with immense pride to celebrate our former student, Damien Shamambo!
Shattering the national record with an incredible 23.36 seconds in the 50m freestyle on the international stage is a monumental achievement.
Watching you excel, break barriers, and carry the Zambian flag higher is an absolute inspiration to our current students and the entire nation.
Keep making waves and chasing greatness, Damien! The Simba family is cheering you on every stroke of the way. 🇿🇲🏊♂️
Congratulations, Damien! Keep making the nation proud. 🇿🇲

What the Alumni Association does
The association keeps our former students connected to one another and to the school that shaped them.
Stay connected
A growing directory of Simba graduates across Zambia, southern Africa, the UK, and North America — reunions, class groups and an annual Founders' Day gathering on campus.
Mentor a current student
Volunteer for careers talks, university application clinics, mock interviews and work-shadowing placements for our A Level students.
Support the bursary fund
Alumni contributions help fund the Simba bursary and scholarship programme so that talented children are never turned away for lack of means.
Share your journey
Send us your news — a degree, a business, a promotion, a wedding. We publish alumni features so current students can see what is possible.
Alumni fixtures
Annual alumni versus school fixtures in football, netball, swimming and athletics, plus alumni performances at the school's arts evenings.
Hire from Simba
Offer internships and graduate roles to Simba leavers, or partner with the school on industry visits and enrichment programmes.
Register with the alumni network
Tell us where life has taken you and we'll add you to the Simba alumni register.
